Change the way you think!

So I've been an epic failure at keeping up here since I'M GETTING MARRIED NEXT SATURDAY!!! I do have a ton of new things I've been wanting to write about so hopefully soon I'll have time to spill it all out!

But I found this quote and thought it was so perfect for anyone wanting to or trying to lose weight.

Stop saying:
"I wish I could lose 10 pounds" 
start saying:
"I will lose 10 pounds" 

Change the way you think about your health and weight.  Stop wishing, dreaming, hoping and start doing.  Start going for walks, swimming, eating healthy.  I genuinely feel when you change the way you think about it, you start actually making progress.

Think you can do it and you will do it!!

    i just need to take that first step!!
